Podcast Guest Terms

Please review the terms below and make sure you agree to them before filling out an application to be a podcast guest. This is a “read only” version, so there’s nothing to sign yet.

If you are selected to appear on the show, you’ll be signing a copy of these before your episode is recorded.

This Podcast Guest Agreement (Agreement)  is between Glikstorm LLC ("Host") and YOUR NAME HERE ("Guest").

1. CONSENT AND RIGHTS

Guest irrevocably consents to and grants Host the following rights regarding Guest's participation in the Om WOW Podcast ("Show"):

• Recording & Use: The right to record, distribute, and use Guest's voice, image, likeness, name, and performance in any media throughout the world in perpetuity;
• Production Edits: The right to make technical and narrative edits, including volume adjustments, noise reduction, restructuring, and clipping for quality, clarity, or length;
• Derivative Works & Repurposing: The right to remix, repurpose, and incorporate segments of Guest’s recording into future works, including but not limited to compilations, thematic episodes, educational materials, or new productions, regardless of when such use occurs;
• Visual Enhancements: The right to use still images, stock footage (B-roll), graphics, captions, or overlays in conjunction with or in place of Guest’s video feed;
• Narrative Integration: The right to combine Guest’s contributions with those of other participants across one or more episodes;
• Promotion & Monetization: The right to use partial or complete clips for marketing, advertising, sponsorships, and other monetization efforts.

2. PRODUCTION POLICIES & INTEGRITY

• Substance: Host will not knowingly alter the substance or intended meaning of Guest's statements.
• Retraction Window: Guest must notify Host in writing within 48 hours of the recording session to request removal of specific statements. Host may, at its sole discretion, consider requests made after this period.
• AI Usage: Host may use AI-based tools for editing, transcription, summarization, or production support. Host will not sell or license Guest’s individual voice or likeness to third-party AI training datasets.
• Endorsement: Guest’s participation does not imply endorsement of other participants’ views, nor does it imply endorsement of Guest by Host.

3. GUEST REPRESENTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest represents and warrants that:

• They have full authority to enter into this Agreement;
• Their participation does not violate any agreement, obligation, or law;
• Any stories, examples, or materials shared are either original or used with proper permission;
• They will not knowingly provide false, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content;
• They have obtained any necessary permissions from third parties referenced in their statements (e.g., clients, collaborators, organizations).

Guest agrees to be solely responsible for the content of their statements.

4. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

If Guest provides or references any third-party materials (including but not limited to music, images, written content, case studies, or client information), Guest is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, and releases.

5. GUEST BENEFITS

In consideration for Guest's participation, Host will provide the following at no cost:

• Featured Blog & SEO: A dedicated Show Notes blog post on Host’s website featuring the episode’s audio, the Guest’s bio, and Guest’s professional links.
• PDF Supplement: For episodes featuring three or more contributors, Guest’s information will be included in a digital PDF Supplement accompanying the episode for increased reach.
• Session Assets: An audio-corrected file of Guest’s interview and the raw video recording of the Guest’s session for Guest’s own use.
• Promotional Suite: A "Featured Contributor" digital badge, social media graphics to promote the episode, and promotion across Host's social media channels.

6. GUEST USE OF MATERIALS

Guest may modify and publish the Session Assets (including raw video and corrected audio) for their own use, provided that Guest does not alter the substance, meaning, or character of the conversation and includes clear credit to the Show along with a link to omwowpod.com. Guest may not publish or distribute full, multi-guest Show episodes (including the likeness or contributions of other guests) without Host’s express written permission.

7. CONTENT GUIDELINES

The Show maintains family-friendly, evergreen content standards. Guest agrees to avoid:

• Profanity, including euphemisms, acronyms (AF, WTF), or implied swear words;
• Political comments;
• Disrespectful or derogatory statements;
• Inappropriate promotional messaging; and 
• Date-specific or time-sensitive references (ex: “sign up by January 10”).

Host reserves the right to edit or remove references to alcohol, drugs, or other content at its sole discretion.

8. CONTENT PROMOTION

Host will promote Guest’s episode on social media and via email following its release. Promotion may include, but is not limited to, social media posts, email newsletters, and distribution of promotional graphics or clips. Guest is encouraged, but not required, to promote the episode through their own social media channels and/or email newsletter.

9. MATERIALS, OWNERSHIP, AND DISCRETION

• Ownership: Host owns all rights to the Show, related materials, and recordings.
• Editorial Control: Final editorial control rests solely with Host. Guest has no right to review or approve content before publication.
• Remix & Repurpose: Host may remix, edit, or repurpose Guest’s audio/video in perpetuity for future episodes, compilations, or topical segments.
• No Obligation to Air: Host is under no obligation to use, air, or distribute Guest’s recording. Participation does not guarantee inclusion in the Show, and Host reserves the right to decline usage of the recording for any reason.

10. COMPENSATION WAIVER

Guest waives all rights to compensation, including advertising revenue, royalties, or other payments arising from their participation.

11. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

Guest releases and agrees to hold harmless Host from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to Guest’s participation in the Show. Guest further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Host from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Guest’s statements or content, Guest’s breach of this Agreement, or any violation of third-party rights.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Show. Host’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed one dollar ($1).

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, technical failures, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

14. ASSIGNMENT

Host may assign this Agreement. Guest may not assign without written consent.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire. 

17. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.

19. SIGNATURES

By signing below, both parties indicate that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
